Agent - Chloe Saxby

Walking out of her local cinema having watched the magic of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom for the first time, Chloe Saxby fell in love with the world of make believe. At the age of 11, her life was changed; she wanted to be part of that magic in whatever capacity.

After studying Politics at Bristol University (this would come in very useful in later life) Chloe found herself in a myriad of temping jobs. But one fine day working at reception for HTV, the Head of Drama Geraint Morris posed her a question: why was she there? On discovering her love of reading, he handed her a script; asked her to do a report and from that day forth she has never looked back.

What followed were incredible years as a script editor, moving on to film distribution & development, and finally, realising her real passion, becoming an agent. Throughout the following years Chloe spent an enormous amount of time with actors, producers and writers, and it became apparent that what she truly loved was the building, nurturing and advising of talent. As an agent, she began her career at Diamond Management before moving to Esta Charkham and AK Agents, allowing her to develop her own full and unique roster of extraordinary talent.

For Chloe, the joy is to guide and advise each individual moving forward. Hers is a privileged position and one which should never be underestimated. She's worked in all areas of the industry, and that is what makes her ability to understand and to build careers a unique one - that and her absolute awe of great artists.
